When faced with the challenge of optimizing our fastening processes, we were faced with a pressing need to find a system that was not only efficient, but also tailored to our specific operations.
When we encountered the need to manufacture a variety of components for one of our machines, we realized there was a significant challenge. The diversity of parts, ranging from CNC lathe, milling, heat treatments, with different qualities and materials, represented a real challenge for our usual manufacturing processes. In addition, delivery times were extremely tight, which made these SKUs the bottleneck for the assembly of the machine.
